  Returns Policy

At Platypus Adult Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strongly advise that you are sure of your selection before placing your order. We must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods. We are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations. We cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone as everybody is different with their pleasure preference.

Return Window: You can return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery.

Reasons for Return: You can return or exchange products if they are:

• Defective or faulty
• Not as described

Before Returning Your Adult Toy: Before returning a faulty Toy, please follow a few simple testing points:

• Make sure you are using the correct batteries
• Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
• Try new batteries
• Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
• If your vibrator doesn't vibrate, try firmly tapping it into the palm of your hand.
• Motors sometimes seize during transportation and need a little help to start working again.

If all else fails, please contact us to Authorise a return. If you do not adhere to these strict guidelines, your return will be disposed of due to health and safety reasons at your own cost. We do not accept un-authorised returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at pat@platypusadulttoys.co.au or via our Instagram page and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned product, we will assess product and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Condition of Product: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. 

Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Personalized products

Warranty and Guarantee: We offer a 12-month warranty on all products. If you experience any issues with your product during this time, please contact our customer service team.
